General provisions
This document sets out the terms of use for services offered by xC4 LTD (the 'Company'). By using the services, the user is deemed to accept these terms.
Description of services
The Company provides website development, mobile apps, digital marketing, startup projects, hosting, VPS, physical servers and domain services. Exact scope is set out in a separate agreement with each client.
Payment terms
Project payments are usually 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Subscription services may be billed monthly or annually. Payments are in AZN or an agreed currency.
Intellectual property
After full payment, source code and design materials are transferred to the client. The Company retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided 'as is'. The Company is not directly liable for third-party outages (payment systems, hosting providers, etc.), but will provide maximum support to resolve issues.
Termination of service
Clients may stop the service at any time. Fees for used periods are non-refundable. The Company may suspend accounts that break the rules, with or without notice.
Changes to terms
The Company may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on the site.
